Maximum leverage is achieved by exploiting the teaming capabilities of Global Enterprise, Inc. doing business as Fedharmony; which is wholly owned and operated by Mr. Scott Smith.
Fedharmony is the dealer/distributor of equipment using GS30F-040BA to focus on Automotive, Equipment, and Law Enforcement commodities, providing turn-key Business Development, Systems Engineering, Project Management, Contract Administration, and Customer Service services.
Since 2015, the company has been on a path of steady growth and success. Our dealer/distributor model caught GSAs, DoD, and other Gov Agency's attention through building a reputation of fairness, customer loyalty, product delivery, and follow-up support. In that respect, Fedharmony has steadily grew and expanded with over 1K awarded contracts and annual revenues soaring from $5M in 2015 to over $25M in 2023.
Our focus on partnering with proven, value-added suppliers has led to a streamlined and repeatable process of matching Government requirements with only the highest quality suppliers.
Our team is comprised largely of retired Air Force Fleet Managers; including its President, Randy Livermore, who retired from active duty in 2006 and again from civil service with the Air Force in 2019 where he served as the Enterprise Fleet Manager for its 90K vehicle fleet, 305 sites (globally), and cumulative $500M budget ($50M in parts).
When a company partners with Fedharmony, it is not burdened with the Most Favored Customer clause of GSA, reporting, auditing, etc. Our team handles it all, so partner company resources go towards other revenue channels. When it comes to GSA, Fedharmony is Best in Class in processing RFQs. We provide core technical requirements and manage all documentation. Our PMP-based delivery system exceeds customer expectations, without burdening suppliers. We do the back and forth so you can do your work.
Our team of Subject Matter Experts are adapted at translating the unique requirements of Government Agency requests for specialty vehicles and configuration control requirements into clear and concise specifications for commercial automotive and equipment suppliers. Our Requests and Order Management teams shield suppliers from the government acquisition spider web of requirements and expedite deliveries in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
Fedharmony, also has an internal Infinite Continuous Expansion program that has grown our quality supplier & manufacturer list to nearly 200, with over 1,800 products listed on GSA. We sustain a highly competitive bidding operation through our ability to partner with manufacturers, regional sales/ordering, dealer networks, or by creating any hybrid relationship that may be needed.
